"Showed up sooner than expected"
I was happy to see this arrive earlier than I thought it would. Shipping was quick, and the box showed up in good shape, so no complaints at all

"Wish it had fit, but the refund was easy"
I wish I’d measured the space better before ordering, because the tree was nice but just didn’t work where I planned to put it. I was expecting the return/refund part to be a headache, but thankfully it wasn’t at all.

Customer service got back to me quickly and explained everything clearly. The money was back in my account within a few days, with no chasing or excuses, so even though I’m bummed it didn’t fit, I’m happy with how they handled it...

"Cute at first, but DID NOT hold up"
I was really happy with this tree when it first showed up. It looked cute, and setting it up was easy. But after just one season, the branches started feeling loose, and a few pieces got bent in a weird way when I was packing it back up. For the price, I expected it to last longer. It’s not the worst tree ever, but the durability is DEFINITELY disappointing.

"Warranty help was solid, just a little slow"
I had a problem with one section of lights on my treetopia tree after using it for about a year. I wasn’t totally sure if it would still be covered, but customer support got back to me and asked for the order details plus maybe 2 or 3 photos of the issue.
The replies took a couple days each time, so it wasn’t the fastest process, but they did end up sending the replacement part. Overall, I’d say it was a fair experience, just took around a week or so to sort out.

"Pretty tree, but a bit hit or miss"
I bought a tree from treetopia, it looks really nice once it’s all set up. The color was close to the photos, and it definitely adds a fun look to the room.
That said, the quality feels a little hit or miss. Some of the branches seemed kind of flimsy, and a few tips were bent oddly right out of the box. For the price, I was hoping it would feel sturdier. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t say I was blown away either.

I ordered pink tree from treetopia and I was a little worried it wouldn’t look same in person. But the color was really close to the pictures on their site, maybe even nicer once I put my lights on it. No weird shade and it didn’t have that cheap look either. I’m super happy with it and would definitely order again.

"Fun at first glance, but I wanted more options"
My first impression of treetopia was good because the colors and tree styles immediately stood out. It’s definitely a fun place to look if you want something a little different from the usual holiday tree. Once I started browsing more, though, the selection felt smaller than I expected, especially when it came to different sizes and matching decorations. A few things I liked were also out of stock, which was a little disappointing. Overall, not a bad experience, I just wish there had been more to choose from

"So easy to set up!"
I was happily surprised by how easy this tree was to put together. The sections lined up nicely, it took less time than I expected, and I barely needed any help. Definitely made the whole setup feel simple and stress-free!

"Looks nice, just took a bit"
It’s a tree overall, and once it was up I liked how it looked. Not sure if it was just the one I got or if I missed something, but setting it up took longer than I expected. Still decent, just wasn’t as quick as I thought it’d be

My order from treetopia.com showed up in a really sturdy box, and everything inside was protected nicely. the packing was kind of ridiculous in the best way, no bent pieces, no damage, nothing. It was simple, but it totally did the job...

I was trying to place my order and the checkout kept lagging, then it made me re-enter my info like I hadn’t already done it. Make it make sense. It did finally go through, but the whole process was frustrating

"It was okay... just a bit clunky"
I mean, the site was fine overall, but using it on my phone felt a little clunky. Some pages took a while to load, and the filters... yeah, they weren’t always that helpful. I did eventually find what I needed, so that was good, but it took more clicking around than I expected.

The tree lights look really bright and pretty, and the colors at night are ridiculous in the best way. Setup was easy too, which I appreciated. There is one small section that seems a little dimmer than the rest, but it’s not a big deal for me. Overall, I’m happy with how it looks.

"Decent tree, but pricey and no real support"
The tree itself is okay and looks fine, but I expected a bit more for the price. It felt kind of expensive for what it is. Also, I didn’t love that there was basically no human contact or real person to talk to if I had questions, which made the whole experience feel impersonal

Had a small problem with my order, which was a bit annoying since it seemed like someone dropped the ball somewhere. I reached out to support and they got back to me quickly. It took a little while to fully sort out, but they were nice about it and fixed the issue in the end. Overall, good service.

I have mixed feelings, but overall I’m happy with it. The tree actually looks nicer in my living room than I expected, and the color is realistic instead of that overly bright fake green. It did take some time to fluff out the branches, and at first I wasn’t totally sure about it, but once it was set up it looked much fuller. It definitely makes the room feel cozy and ready for Christmas.

"Got the Wrong Color Tree"
I was excited to open my order because I specifically picked the green tree, but then I pulled it out and it was white instead. At first I thought maybe I ordered wrong, but nope. It’s not the end of the world, and the tree itself is fine, but yeah, it was frustrating to get something different from what I chose.
